Lucie is the team’s expert on marketing for low-income clients and last-mile distribution, having supported over 50 companies in this field. One of her recent achievements is helping build – and now run – the Global Distributors Collective, to support last-mile distributors in reaching more underserved clients.
Beyond last-mile distribution, she supported multinationals in designing inclusive businesses (including Total Access to Energy program and LafargeHolcim’s Affordable Housing program) or improving their sustainable sourcing strategy. In the development sphere, she worked with aid agencies on their private sector development and inclusive business strategy, and on transforming key programs into new sustainable structures. She also helped two impact investors build their funds and pipeline.
Prior to joining Hystra in 2009, Lucie had worked for Bain & Company and conducted consulting assignments for the UN and two American NGOs. Lucie holds a Master in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris (2008) and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University (2009).
