Karen Weissblatt

Founder and CEO Weisblatt & Associés

Karen is Founder and CEO of Weisblatt & Associés, a consulting firm which advises organizations in the philanthropic and social sectors on maximizing impact for social change.  Founded in 2005 and based in Paris, her firm has led major strategy, evaluation and organizational learning initiatives, and is particularly attentive to the interplay between strategy and execution.  The firm’s thematic expertise is in human rights, gender issues, diversity, faith-based missions, and youth leadership.

Karen publishes widely in the philanthropic sector and is a long-standing adjunct faculty member at Sciences Po – Institut d’études politiques (IEP) de Paris.  She has an MPhil in History from Paris 1-La Sorbonne, an MSc in Political Science from the LSE, and she studied in the former Soviet Union after graduating from Oberlin College.

She is a proud board member of the Chanel Corporate Foundation France and the Fulbright Commission, Commission franco-américaine d’échanges universtaires et culturels.  She was a founding member of the French Helsinki Committee and served on the board of L’ADIVE – L’Agence pour la Diversité Entrepreneuriale
