Caroline’s diverse professional roles have been around how we create a more inclusive and sustainable economic system, how change is accelerated, and what counts as genuine impact. In the last decade, she worked with a wide range of challenge funds, impact investors, corporates and social enterprises, developing inclusive and sustainable business models. At Oxfam GB, she led innovative programming to transform economic systems, focusing on women’s economic empowerment, reform of agribusiness value chains and climate resilience. In previous roles, she lived in Tunisia and Namibia, worked with communities and governments, led policy research at the Overseas Development Institute, and grew her own consulting company focused on inclusive business models.
