Ann-Sofie is managing social business partners at IKEA of Sweden, leading to global sales of social impact products in IKEA stores and online. Ann-Sofie has had various sustainability assignments within IKEA, as establishing the concept for “more sustainable and healthy living” and how to combine social impact with circularity. Some previous assignments in the Marketing field: Market Insights Manager at IKEA Retail Sweden, Global Web Operations Manager IKEA Group and  Key Account Manager at Framfab web agency. Ann-Sofie is also a member of the advisory council of Vinnova, a public organisation with the assignment to support sustainable growth and social development.
