We invite you for a discussion about the role of matching funds and syndication in unleashing additional capital on the market and supporting impactful social ventures across Europe to grow their impact. Join our session and engage in a conversation with our guest speakers Antonio Miguel (MAZE, Portugal), Elemér Eszter (Impact Venture, Hungary), and Pieter Oosltander (SI2 Fund, Belgium) where we will:

  • Discuss the opportunities brought by co-investment funds for social enterprises and showcase how direct investors can leverage their investments with co-investment funds or through syndication
  • Debate how to create risk-reduction synergies and collaborations in impact investing across Europe
  • Present how other investors can make use of EASI guarantees for quasi-equity

Moderated by Markus Freiburg, FASE, initiator of the European Social Innovation and Impact Fund (ESIIF)
