Registration is complete once payment is made. By registering for any of these events, you agree to be added to EVPA’s database for further communication regarding EVPA activities. Personal information will not be passed on to third parties.
By registering for the EVPA Annual Conference you agree to appear on the delegate list with your name and organisation unless you indicate during registration that you do not want to appear on the list.
> Cancellation policy
Please note that we cannot refund the fee in case of cancellation for the online events.
For the Forum and the C Summit (taking place in Porto), we understand the uncertain circumstances and, for this year, we have exceptionally agreed that in case of short notice Covid-related cancellations, we will refund the ticket fees (excluding VAT) with a voucher that can be redeemed against any EVPA event. For the travel and accommodation, an insurance might be advisable.
