EVPA will ensure that all appropriate measures, as set by the Portuguese health authorities, are respected.

Arriving into Portugal

We advise all attendees to check the Visit Portugal website before travelling to Portugal.

Currently, the protocols for individuals flying into Portugal require a valid EU Digital Covid Certificate, or a valid vaccination or recovery certificate issued by a third country under reciprocal conditions with Portugal, or the completion of an RT-PCR test (or similar NAAT test) 72 hours before boarding, or of a Rapid Antigen Test 48 hours before boarding.

All passengers need to (individually) fill in a Passenger Locator Card before departure to Portugal, or on board, at https://portugalcleanandsafe.pt/en/passenger-locator-card.

Information regarding certain jurisdictions with different protocols is detailed here.
