1. What is the EVPA’s Annual Conference all about?

It’s the ultimate interactive event for foundations and impact funds, gathering 700 practitioners and experts willing to create impact. The 16th edition will be dedicated towards ‘Building Alliances for Impact’ and will take place online between 21 – 24 September 2020.

This conference is intimate and big enough to meet new peers. It’s all about thought-provoking discussions, interactive workshops, knowledge exchanges and a safe space to share your lessons with fellow practitioners.

2. How can I register?

 Follow this link to register. Members will need to register through their EVPA Online account in order to be able to access their free tickets.


3. I’m an EVPA member, what price do I pay for my ticket(s)?

As an EVPA member, you are entitled to two free tickets which can be claimed by logging in through your EVPA Online account. All additional tickets for members can be purchased via your EVPA Online account at the reduced price of €150 per ticket.

Individual members receive a free conference ticket as well.

4. How do I add  the Crash Course on VP/SI to my registration? Is it included in my ticket?

Our Crash Course on Venture Philanthropy and Social Investment (VP/SI) is not included in the conference registration, and there is an additional fee of €200 (50% discounted for members) for it. You can add the Crash Course to your conference ticket during registration.


6. Can I purchase multiple tickets now and change the names of the actual attendees later?

If you are a member, you can transfer tickets at a later stage through the registration platform. Find out how here.

This option is not available to non-members who register for tickets as guests.

7. What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

Cancellation policy: Please note that we cannot refund the registration fee in case of cancellation.


8. Can I contribute to the programme of the conference somehow?

Thank you for your willingness to contribute and share your knowledge with our conference participants! Please note that we give EVPA members priority when it comes to submitting conference session proposals.

Interested in joining EVPA as a member? Contact us: membership@evpa.eu.com.  However, in the conference schedule, there is enough space and flexibility provided to convene on a topic of your interest and tell your story. We are currently working very hard on the conference programme and will share details with you soon!


9. Is the conference schedule available?

10. Can I host a roundabout at the conference?

Yes. Once you register, you will receive more details about how you can propose a roundabout.


11. Can I get my payment receipt?

At the end of your registration, you will see a notification confirming the payment with a link to view the receipt. [Click] View Receipt, to view, download and print your receipt
