As previously announced, EVPA’s 2021 Annual Conference was planned in November as a hybrid event to take place online and in Porto, Portugal. Given the continuing Covid pandemic and ensuing uncertainty with regard to sanitary conditions and travel restrictions, we have decided to organise a fully online Annual Conference which will take place on November 9.
This content-rich event for the extended impact community will feature inspiring perspectives from thought leaders and engaging discussions on societal recovery and transformation.

November is Impact Month!
Investing for impact a driving force towards societal recovery and transformation
Building on the momentum of key events and milestones in the impact space in November – including COP26, Impact Fest, Ashoka Changemakers Summit, the publication of the EU Social Economy Action Plan – we are organising our own EVPA Impact Month.
We will hold a series of smaller, targeted events throughout November catered to the different stakeholders in the impact ecosystem at large (impact leaders, impact funds, private and public capital providers, and corporate social investors), online capacity building sessions, and engaging content for all.
At popular demand, our annual crash course on Investing for Impact will run on November 8. This EVPA signature course is an inspiring introduction to both impact philanthropy & impact investing practices for those who want to build their knowledge and skills to maximise their social impact.
But that is not all. To address the needs of our growing community of Corporate Social Investors (corporate philanthropy, corporate impact funds…), we will launch a new course focused on the fundamentals of Corporate Social Investing. If you are interested in learning more about how corporate foundations, sustainability groups, corporate accelerators and funds are contributing to the impact ecosystem at large and how to go beyond CSR practices to become agents of change, join us on November 10, this course is for you!
Last but not least, we hope to finally make it to Porto (in person!). From November 14-16 we plan to host a series of live, targeted gatherings, including our European corporate gathering C Summit and the Investors for Impact Forum.
