Coders Trust from Warsaw took a good model and made it better, by adapting it for the Polish market. The two founders have 45 years of relevant experience between them, and have managed to turn a profit in the first year of operation! They teach online coding courses with assistance of mentors, which are mostly bought by individuals, either from their own funds or are covered by unemployment offices to re-integrate them into the workforce with new skills.
They’re looking for between €250k and €450k investment. The first would enable them to grow the business in Poland; the second to add an international pilot to that.
